Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 1–2 pieces of rice paper
- A few drops of water (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare Rice Paper: Soak the rice paper in warm water for a few seconds until it becomes soft and pliable.
- Separate Egg White: Crack the egg and separate the egg white from the yolk. Discard the yolk or save it for another use.
- Mix Egg White: In a small bowl, whisk the egg white until it's slightly frothy.
- Apply Rice Paper: Gently place the softened rice paper on your face, making sure it covers the areas where you want the mask.
- Apply Egg White: Using a brush or your fingers, spread a thin layer of egg white over the rice paper, ensuring it sticks to your skin.
- Leave On: Let the mask dry for 15–20 minutes. You’ll feel it tightening as it dries.
- Rinse Off: Once the mask is fully dry, gently peel off the rice paper and rinse your face with warm water.
- Moisturize: Follow with your favorite moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated.
What It Does for Your Skin
- Egg White: Tightens pores, firms the skin, and helps reduce excess oil, making it great for acne-prone skin.
- Rice Paper: Acts as a base to help the egg white adhere to the skin, while gently lifting away dead skin cells as you remove the mask.
This mask is ideal for firming, toning, and giving your skin a smooth, refreshed feel!
